Daughter of a Quilt Artist and a Wood Pattern Maker/Inventor, Vicki grew up in a home where creativity was encouraged as free expression, thoughtful design and excellence in workmanship. Her love of color, texture and pattern as well as a childlike wonder shine forth through her work. Her mosaic art is an expression of her deep intimacy with God and a narrative of her walk of faith and unfolding revelation of her maker. Layers of symbolism can be found in her pieces allowing the viewer the joy of discovery. Vicki joined Ciel Gallery in Charlotte, NC as a Partner and Studio Artist, August 2011.
